Managed key projects for one of i-Link’s oldest and most valuable customers on long term, high value projects.

Headed the project to develop and implement the companies mobile product. One of the key challenges was to utilise the companies existing competitive advantage to develop the product for a new market & technology. This included tasks such as researching available technologies, writing specifications, working with internal stakeholders and creating prototypes.

 

Undertook rigorous data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative to check for data validity, quality and also results analysis using industry standard software (SPSS).

Managed multiple projects simultaneously with various timelines and technical requirements, while delivering high quality results to clients.

Defined project scope and technical details to find effective and cost saving improvements and allow clear direction for technical staff.

Supervised and mentored staff in overseas locations dealing with different languages, cultures and timezones.

Acquired knowledge and experience in implementation of web and mobile technologies (MySQL, PHP, Javascript, HTML, iOS).
